Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Use ERP/software/Excel tools to monitor and streamline supply chain execution processes.
• Ensure smooth material planning, allocation, and availability for project execution.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Delight teams for accurate and timely execution.

BOM Review & Validation

• Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials (BOMs) for PV modules, MMS, inverters, cables, and other BoS components.
• Standardize and update BOM templates based on project requirements and field learnings.

Project TAT & Profitability

• Support Customer Success and Operations teams in achieving on-time project delivery and maximizing profit margins through optimized material planning.

Follow-ups & Escalations

• Ensure rigorous tracking of procurement milestones, supplier timelines, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

Customer Relationship Management

• Coordinate material availability to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Provide transparency in communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Installation Monitoring Support

• Support installation teams by ensuring correct BOM allocation and tracking.
• Remotely monitor material flow and address escalations.

KPI Management

• Set supply chain performance KPIs (cost, lead time, accuracy) and ensure adherence.

Team Development

• Encourage learning, process ownership, and cross-training for Project Coordinators.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Material Management: Track procurement needs in coordination with the Purchase team and ensure vendor follow-ups.

• Positive attitude & problem-solving approach
• Ability to make tactical decisions under pressure
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
• Team leadership and collaborative mindset
• Experience with statutory compliance work (Good-to-Have)
• Experience in vendor negotiations and contract management (Good-to-Have)
• Proficiency in verbal/written communication
• Strong knowledge of solar technology & rooftop systems
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with ERP/operational monitoring tools
• Knowledge of BOM management, supply chain processes, and procurement workflows
• Experience in large C&I rooftop solar projects (Good-to-Have)
• Understanding of quality assurance in PV material supply chain (Good-to-Have)
• Own two-wheeler mandatory
