Job Title : CNOC Engineer ( Technical Support Engineer ) **Role Over View:**We are seeking a skilled CNOC Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and SCADA systems. The role involves monitoring solar plant performance, providing technical support to ground teams, analyzing system data, and ensuring optimal plant efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely as well as support field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to field teams during the commissioning and testing of solar inverters and related equipment.
• Monitor solar plant performance using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools to ensure optimal generation and identify faults.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and guide on-site teams in corrective actions.
• Analyze plant data to identify inefficiencies, losses, or anomalies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Prepare detailed monthly generation and performance reports (actual vs. expected) with root cause analysis for deviations.
• Collaborate with site engineers, project coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2–3 years in solar plant commissioning, operations, or maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and SCADA systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu/Kannada is an advantage.
