Few Important Points:
✔ Lead patent drafting, filing, and prosecution across multiple technology domains
✔ Advise clients on high-value IP portfolios (patents, trade secrets, licensing & enforcement)
✔ Drive IP strategy, invention mining, and portfolio development
✔ Conduct advanced legal, technical, and scientific analysis for prosecution and disputes
✔ Support IP enforcement, opposition, and litigation-related matters
✔ Review and negotiate IP clauses in commercial and R&D agreements
✔ Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth
✔ Strong experience in prior art searches, patentability analysis, and client interaction
