Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic interns from a M.Sc. Physics background, who are passionate about learning and teaching aerospace concepts. As a Learning & Development Intern, you will help develop educational content, conduct engaging workshops, and inspire students to explore the fascinating world of aerospace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing educational modules, lesson plans, and experiment guides on aerospace topics such as model rocketry, satellite basics, aerodynamics, and general space science.

• Prepare visually appealing presentations and study materials for students.

• Actively participate in conducting workshops, internships, and hands-on programs at schools and colleges.

• Simplify and explain the aerospace concepts to the students and engaging them in friendly manner.

• Develop the content for social media such as pamplets, brochures etc,. as well as SpaceZone's website to highlight the workshops, camps and learning success stories.

• Write brief articles, FAQs, or science snippets to promote awareness of aerospace technology.

• Plan and organize educational events, summer camps, exhibitions and awareness drives.

• Assist in setting up models, demonstration kits and maintaining lab or workshop equipment.

• Interact with students during programs to guide their learning journey.

• Collect and compile feedback to continuously enhance the quality of educational offerings.

• Stay updated with fundamental and emerging concepts in aerospace, so you can contribute effectively to teaching and curriculum design.

Requirements

• Keen interest in aerospace science and technology, and excited to learn more in this field.
• Strong passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, energetic and able to engage students of diverse age groups.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel) or equivalent tools.
