Bartender

Spice Lounge Food Works Ltd. invites applications for the role of Bartender for one of our Brands- Buffalo Wild Wings. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to clients, interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks for customers.
• Warmly welcome customers, offer recommendations if needed, receive orders, and serve meals and drinks.
• Check customers' ID and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and wash glassware after use.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a friendly and engaging demeanor towards guests, addressing any complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role in hospitality.
• Bartending training certification will be a strong plus.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
• Good understanding of the alcohol laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work on flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations is essential.
