IT Support Engineer (Immediate Joining)

To perform standard Service Desk Level 1 tasks such as troubleshooting common PC, printer, and application issues, IT systems monitoring, taking calls and opening tickets & monitor emailed tickets, attempt first call resolution.

Required Candidate's Profile:

• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
• Front-line interaction experience with US customers is a plus
• Ability to work as part of the customer support and implementation team
• Willingness to work on night shift, weekend, and holiday coverage

Qualification:
BCA/BBA/MCA/MBA(IT Specialization)/MBA having bachelor's in computer science
