**About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced telecaller who has prior experience in student calling, screening, and counselling. The role requires someone with excellent communication and convincing skills who can confidently engage with students and motivate them to visit the institute for face-to-face counselling. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on converting online inquiries into successful institute walk-ins. **Key Responsibilities:** Call and counsel new student leads generated from ads and inquiries. Screen students based on their interests and course suitability. Convince students to visit the institute for counselling sessions. Maintain daily lead updates and follow-up reports in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the counsellor team and ensure lead quality feedback. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and walk-ins. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of telecalling or counselling experience in the education / training / institute sector. **Skills:** Excellent communication and convincing ability. Confident, polite, and result-oriented approach. Strong team coordination and follow-up skills. Comfortable working on CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp tools. **Education:** Graduation preferred **Work Details:** **Job Type:** Full-time (On-site) **Location:** SpreadMe Institute - Gandhinagar **Working Days:** 6 days a week **Timings:** 9 AM to 6 PM **Salary:** Competitive salary + incentives based on performance
