Strategic Customer Success Manager – SaaS / Automotive AI

We're not looking for a typical Customer Success Manager. We're looking for a Strategic Operator — someone who can think like a consultant, act like a founder, and sell like a business owner.You'll own a book of business across the US & Europe — driving adoption, solving tough problems, and growing revenue. You'll be the CEO of your accounts: every internal team (Product, AI, Tech, and Ops) exists to help you deliver success to your customers.This is a revenue ownership role — not support, not relationship management.
