Visual Designer

We are looking for a Visual Designer (Associate) to join our growing team at Spyne. In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating compelling visuals that bring our ideas to life and tell impactful stories. From sales collaterals to digital campaigns, your work will help us communicate complex concepts with clarity and creativity, while staying true to Spyne's brand identity.

What You'll Do Design visually engaging sales collaterals, webpages, presentations, storyboards, newsletters, and campaigns. Create eye-catching graphics and layouts for both print and digital platforms. Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Leverage paid design tools to build impactful presentations and documents for internal and external audiences. Partner with product marketing and cross-functional/global teams to ensure brand and messaging alignment. Juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactively coordinate with stakeholders, manage handoffs, and ensure smooth execution. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute fresh ideas for visual storytelling. Participate in internal design reviews and share learnings with the broader team.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in visual design / communication design. Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with Framer. Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Rive [optional]). Experience with Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools. Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and visual storytelling abilities. Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design technologies. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and projects. Saas background preferred.
