Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting, compliance, and financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in a structured professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
  Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
  Prepare basic financial statements and MIS reports
  Handle data entry in accounting/ERP systems
  Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
• Familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems (preferred)
• Understanding of GST and statutory compliance fundamentals
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Preferred Candidate Profile:
  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
