Revenue Assurance Executive

Invoicing and Billing:

o   Ensure prompt and accurate generation and distribution of invoices.

o   Generate and distribute invoices promptly and accurately.

o   Verify that all invoices align with contract terms and include all necessary documentation.

o   Submit invoices to the concerned person within TAT.

Sales Order Management:

o    Track the status of sales orders from booking to fulfilment.

o    Intimate the concerned person before the due date of sales orders.

o    Ensure timely and accurate recording of all sales orders in the system.

o    Set reminders for revenue realization on every sales order.

Collections and Receivables:

o   Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.

o   Implement and maintain strong internal controls to prevent fraud and errors in the AP process.

o   Conduct regular audits of AP transactions and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
