Human Resources Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a proficient HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience using Zoho People and Zoho Recruit. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and offboarding candidates. Your expertise in Zoho People and Zoho Recruit will be essential in managing our HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

• Utilize Zoho Recruit to source and attract candidates.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.

Onboarding:

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires using Zoho People.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
• Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the company.

Offboarding:

• Handle the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Ensure all exit procedures are followed and documentation is completed.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Zoho People.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Experience with offboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
