Manager - Finance

Manager – Finance at StayVista will play a critical role in strengthening our financial operations and enabling strategic decision-making. You will directly work with the Finance Head and collaborate with the founders, regional leaders, and investors. This role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance analysis with proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work n a dynamic environment.Prepare annual operating plan and monitor variances. Track monthly operating results against budgets and improve forecasting accuracy.Lead P&L analysis, cost analysis, and project profitability analysis to monitor business performance against plan.Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.Design & support improvements in business processes by recommending changes to templates, systems, and reporting frameworks.Prepare Monthly MIS, financial analysis reports, and investor communication drafts.Monthly calls with founders, regional leaders, and functional heads to review performance.Play a key role in investor communications, including reports, presentations, and updates.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders, including founders and investors.This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

CA/ CFA degree required.Young, smart, and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of numbers.
