Senior Executive – Revenue at StayVista, you will own and drive the organization-wide review strategy across all guest-facing channels including the StayVista website, OTAs, and Google My Business. Your role is to coordinate, execute, and track review-generation initiatives across teams - working closely with Operations, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Leadership to ensure periodic, high-quality reviews at scale. You will manage dashboards, MIS, and trackers to monitor performance, identify gaps, and push execution against defined targets under Project Reviews. This is an execution-heavy, cross-functional role that directly impacts brand trust, listing visibility, conversion, and revenue performance. 1–2 years of experience in OTA, hospitality operations, revenue support, or review management roles Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to drive execution Ability to track performance, follow up rigorously, and close loops Strong ownership mindset with the ability to push initiatives to completion Hands-on experience with dashboards, MIS, trackers, and reporting Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets & handling large datasets
