Your RoleAs a Senior Executive in Key Accounts at Stayvista, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies, maintaining price parity, and managing promotions for properties. You will negotiate pricing with homeowners, oversee quality control for property listings, and uphold their online reputation. Additionally, you will drive revenue growth across stays, F&B, and additional services while effectively managing inventory. Acting as the primary liaison for homeowners, you will handle escalations, ensure agreements are in place, and facilitate timely settlements. Your role also includes analyzing market demand, tracking competitors, recommending property upgrades, and promoting the adoption of the homeowner app. Collaborating with brand and marketing teams will be key to enhancing property performance and revenue generation.
