Stellux India is a growing lighting solutions company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase records.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and regulatory reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and customers as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter, CMA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or lighting industry businesses.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and import/export documentation.
