Description
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted
recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Own end-to-end hiring for Business Development and critical business roles, ensuring alignment of
recruitment strategy with broader business objectives.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) to identify, attract,
and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured initial phone screenings and interviews, and schedule assessments
with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements through proactive
sourcing and relationship management.
• Deliver quality candidate shortlists through structured screening and role-fit evaluation; present candidates
to hiring managers and incorporate feedback to refine strategy.
• Manage the complete candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a smooth,
professional, and positive recruitment process.
• Lead offer negotiations and compensation discussions, balancing candidate expectations with business
constraints.
• Handle post-negotiation formalities including preparation and release of offer letters and appointment
letters.
• Coordinate post-offer activities — managing resignation timelines, confirming joining dates, and
communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage document verification and collaborate with the background verification team to ensure accurate
and timely pre-employment screening.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding, including preparation of joining kits, documentation for induction, and
coordination of orientation sessions.
• Coordinate with the payroll team on salary processing, ensure company compliance, manage employee
engagement initiatives, and handle employee grievances.
• Prepare and analyse annual HR data to determine metrics for operational and recruitment performance.
• Drive effective communication between candidates and stakeholders to ensure alignment and faster
closures.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex HR and talent challenges, contributing to improved organizational
performance.
• Work as an individual contributor reporting directly to the HR Manager, managing high-responsibility
deliverables with a high degree of ownership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, HRBP, or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, best practices, and applicable employment
laws.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in B2B or EdTech environments is an advantage.
