Product Designer

The StepChange platform provides a one-stop-shop cloud-based ESG solution that empowers enterprises to measure, evaluate, report, benchmark and improve their ESG performance, with a particular focus on climate. These technology solutions are complemented by a world-class team of domain experts and climate scientists, with a proven track record of deploying sustainability solutions.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centric Design: Develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals, and translate them into user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
• Wireframes and Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the product development lifecycle.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights, identify pain points, and make data-driven design decisions.
• Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistency and coherence in design implementation.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma
• Experience in designing SaaS applications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of best practices for designing user interfaces and interactions for web-based SaaS applications.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
