Role Description

Role Purpose: Responsible for leading the overall IT team or module in a particular location, specialized It function, implementing programs and managing escalations raised by Supports. Key Accountabilities: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field; M.S. Preferred, 3-7 years experience with Industry certifications (CSNA, CSNP etc.) Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Manages all activities required for licensing, contracts with dealers, user records, etc.

Responds to complex enquiries regarding IT issues from the business and resolves escalated complaints at a location

Performs routine activities like software installation, upgradation, bug fixing, etc., along with managing exceptions which cannot be resolved by IT Support

Responsible for IT asset management at a particular location

Implements plans proposed by Group/Functional IT Head at a particular location
