Key Responsibilities Timely Pricing and quotation (ensuring the pricing is done in a timely andcorrect manner and quote is sent to the customer). Getting prices from thefactory and calculating will still be under the pricing team) Order acceptance email. Logging in order in Order Book. Order clarification Processing the order and passing it to the factory. Order acknowledgement from the factory Preparing Order confirmation and sharing with the customer. Order Tracking including verifying the stuffing plans and passing it on to documentation. Order scheduling and related coordination with Kota. Emailing invoice and packing list once dispatch is made. Updating of schedule and orders with the customer. Reconciliation of o/s orders with Kota and customers. Order dispatch details and Containers on the water. Working Days and time Monday to Friday – 09.00 am to 05.30 pm (Work from Office) Saturday – 09.00 am to 02.00 pm (Work from Home)
