Executive - OPC - Kota

Manage the complete order-dispatch process, coordination with purchase, production & stock locations for making containers stuffing plan & its execution, ensuring timely and accurate planning and processing of all orders received.Coordinate & communication with cross-functional teams, production,packing,shipment & Logistics,labelling,stores to ensure smooth execution and timely dispatches.Monitor order status, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or discrepancies, and manage escalations to ensure minimal impact on business operations. accurate documentation and maintainer records of all plannings , update export status, orders, transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Communicate proactively with internal & external stakeholders, providing timely updates on order planning status, crates fitting into container, delivery, and any potential issues.Utilize ERP and Order Planning & Control Systems (OMS) to track orders, drafting of stuffings & communicate to the respective locations, shipment team timely, check the inventory records, and weight of crates to generate the stuffing plans.Participate in continuous improvement activities for processes, procedures, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.
