Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who will own and manage our complete digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for growing the Storiya AI brand, increasing website traffic, generating leads, building an engaged community, and driving subscriptions through innovative content and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends and leverage viral opportunities.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Improve website traffic and user acquisition.
• Optimize conversion rates and customer journeys.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.

SEO & AEO

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content and technical SEO.
• Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Paid Advertising

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Optimize ad performance, budgets, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting.

Content Creation

• Produce engaging videos and short-form content.
• Record and edit podcasts.
• Create promotional videos and product demonstrations.
• Design campaign creatives and marketing assets.
• Work closely with the design and product teams.

Community Management

• Build and manage the Storiya AI creator community.
• Engage with users across social platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Organize contests, campaigns, webinars, and online events.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and partners.

Email & Growth Marketing

• Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Build customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Automate marketing workflows and lead nurturing.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics 4.
• Track KPIs including traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Experience creating podcasts and YouTube content.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS, AI, EdTech, or technology startups.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing online communities.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
