Financial Controller/commercial Real Estate Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Responsible for financial and commercial activities within STRABAG Real Estate with main focus on cost accounting
• Project controlling and reporting including management support of SPVs
• Financial project management for dedicated residential real estate projects including financially and commercially relevant contractual arrangements
• Preparation and review of feasibility calculations for projects in acquisition and in realization phase
• Coordination of tasks on interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors
• Creditor and – debitor management
