Description
- Learn and support day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing, and patient services
- Assist in coordinating patient flow and departmental activities
- Support implementation and monitoring of SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in handling patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives
- Participate in daily rounds, audits, and operational reviews
- Support inventory monitoring and departmental reporting
- Assist in maintaining operational records and documentation
- Learn hospital compliance requirements, accreditation standards, and quality processes
- Support HR-related activities such as attendance tracking, staff coordination, and training programs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Requirements
- MHA, MBA (Healthcare Management), BHA, or related qualification
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of healthcare experience can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospital operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
