IT Development & Infrastructure Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with infrastructure management including cloud environments, network security, and access controls aligned to ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates.
• Participate in vulnerability scanning, patch management, and incident documentation following compliance protocols.
• Support automation and DevOps activities to improve deployment efficiency and stability.
• Develop backend components and APIs primarily using Java and Node.js frameworks; maintain and optimize DBMS instances for high availability and security.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Help maintain and document audit trails, logs, and change controls for regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to embed controls related to AML, KYC, and data privacy in technical workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while adhering to security and compliance policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development and infrastructure support preferably in fin-tech or regulated financial services.

Skills:

• Proficient in Java and Node.js development; familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience managing relational and NoSQL DBMS systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration.
• Awareness of IT security principles, compliance frameworks, and secure development lifecycle.
• Good communication, documentation skills, and a proactive learning attitude.
