Succinnova is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Assemblers to join our fabrication team in Bengaluru. You will assemble precision sheet metal components for industrial applications, ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Location: Dodballapur, Bengaluru/ Dabbaspete, Tumkur​

Requirements

Roles and Delieverables

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to accurately assemble sheet metal parts and sub-assemblies.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, rivets, bolts, and adhesives to join components securely, including trimming, bending, and grinding for seamless fits.
• Perform quality checks on assemblies to verify dimensions, alignment, and compliance with ISO standards and specifications
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve their deliverables and enrich their skill set

Education and experience

• ITI with 8-10 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferred are from Marine/Aerospace industry or low batch production environment
