Senior Executive Telemarketing (Renewal Dept)

Location: Kolkata,West Bengal,India

Responsibilities:

• Calling New and Existing clients (Lead Generation)
• Explain about Company services
• Explain about different advertising packages to clients
• Convince clients to register with Sulekha.com
• Maintain Client database
• Maintain good client relation.
• Service to Client
• Fixing the appointments for BDE's
• Adhere to sales process and procedures to convert them to prospective sales.

 Required:

• Candidates having relevant calling experience are preferred.
• 2- 4 years of experience in tele calling.
• Experience in renewal client handling mandatory
• Willing to take revenue target.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Email etiquettes.
• Good knowledge for sales.
