Job Summary: Responsible for managing regulatory compliance and government liaison activities to ensure uninterrupted business operations and adherence to statutory requirements. The role involves close coordination with regulatory authorities, government departments, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders. | |||||
| Areas Of Responsibility | |||||
| * Liaise with regulatory authorities such as CDSCO, MP‑FDA, Pollution Control Boards, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), PESO, State Excise, Directorate of Boilers, and other statutory bodies for approvals, inspections, renewals, and ongoing compliance. * Coordinate with government departments including State Secretariat, Collectorate, Revenue Department, Industrial Health & Safety, Municipal Corporations, Police Department, MP Industrial Development Corporations (MPIDC), Electricity Boards, and related agencies to support plant and business operations. * Represent the company at industry associations and forums, including the Association of Industries, and maintain effective external stakeholder relationships. * Work closely with internal departments such as QA, QC, Production, and Business Continuity Teams to collect documents, data, and statutory information for timely submissions related to DML and other regulatory permissions. * Prepare, maintain, and manage regulatory documentation, records, and correspondence with external agencies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. * Coordinate and document communications related to FIRs and cases involving counterfeit or spurious drugs, including matters handled by Police and NCB. * Collect data from relevant stakeholders and prepare quarterly returns for Controlled and Psychotropic Substances, ensuring timely submission to the NDPS team. * Ensure transparency, compliance, and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies | |||||
