Business Head – Paid Media

We're looking for a Business Head – Paid Media to lead and grow one of our most critical verticals. This role demands more than just campaign management, it's about driving strategic media decisions, mentoring high-performing teams and owning business outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Paid Media vertical end-to-end - strategy, execution, growth, and profitability. Own media outcomes across Meta, Google, Programmatic and emerging channels. Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers across geographies. Work closely with business, creative, and analytics teams to craft full-funnel growth strategies. Drive client conversations on performance, planning, experimentation and innovation. Identify process improvements and tech opportunities to increase efficiency and scale. Grow and retain key accounts with a sharp eye on revenue and retention metrics.

5 + Years of experience, preferably from a digital agency, Proven experience in leading high-budget media accounts across industries (e-commerce/D2C/FMCG a plus), Strong leadership and client relationship skills, Deep understanding of platform algorithms, auction dynamics and data-led media strategy, Comfortable managing P&L, team KPIs and account performance.
