Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales

We are looking for a highly driven Executive Assistant to work with the Director of Sales at Admattic. This is not a traditional EA role, this is a strategic and operational partnership for someone who understands agency dynamics, business development, and international market expansion. If you have a strong background in business development (preferably in advertising, media, or tech), can operate independently, communicate with global clients, and seamlessly support high-level growth activities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination Serve as the Director's right hand, ensuring priorities, meetings, and initiatives are executed effectively. Manage calendars, travel logistics, meeting preparations, and cross-team coordination. Prepare decks, briefs, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Keep sensitive information confidential and operate with high trust.

Business Development & Growth Support Assist in outbound and inbound business development initiatives across APAC, SEA, MENA, Africa, and the USA. Conduct market research, prepare client proposals, and qualify potential leads. Join client meetings (virtual or in-person) to support and document discussions. Work closely with agency partners and advertisers across multiple markets.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Background in advertising, media, agency, ad tech or international business development. Experience working with multi-country teams or overseas markets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines. High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. Willingness to travel across SEA and other regions with flexible scheduling. Self-starter mindset and eagerness to grow in an international ad tech environment.
