Executive - Performance Marketing (Paid Media)

**Job Overview:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketer. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Analysis:- Evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, focusing on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

2. Data Interpretation:- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

3. Ad Platform Management:- Assist in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

4. Budget Monitoring:- Support the monitoring of campaign budgets and pacing, providing recommendations for efficient resource allocation.

• Contribute to budget optimization strategies based on performance analysis.

• Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis
• Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign analysis and optimization.
