Intern - HR Generalist

Location: Goregaon East (Work from Office) Timing -** Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 7 PM

At Admattic, we're building a high-performance, fast-moving team in the advertising tech space. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Intern who's curious, proactive and excited to get hands-on exposure to how modern HR works in a scaling organization.

What you'll do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• Maintain and update HR databases and trackers
• Work closely with the HR Head on day-to-day operations and special projects

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly enthusiastic about organizing and leading the employee engagement activities or events
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
