Senior Subject Matter Expert (Maths/Science/Computer Science)

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Subject Matter Experts to design high-quality content Creators & Content Developers for Grades 1–12. This is an in-person role focused on building competency-based, problem-solving-driven learning experiences aligned with real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structured lessons, activities, and assessments for CS & Robotics
• Develop problem-solving-oriented content (logic building, decision-making, real-world scenarios)
• Create competency-based questions integrating Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude
• Break down complex topics into simple, student-friendly explanations (A1–A2 level where needed)
• Lead content planning, review cycles, and quality validation
• Collaborate closely with academic, design, and product teams (in-office)
• Mentor interns and junior content developers
• Ensure all outputs are textbook-ready and instructionally strong

Core Requirement: Problem Solving Expertise

• Ability to design multi-step logical problems
• Translate real-world situations into computational thinking tasks
• Identify learning gaps and create targeted problem sets
• Strong analytical thinking with structured reasoning approach

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong foundation in Maths/Science/Computer Science (AI, Data, Algorithms, Programming)
• Hands-on understanding of Robotics (Arduino, sensors, automation basics)
• Experience in curriculum design / textbook development
• Deep understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and competency-based education
• Excellent structuring, writing, and content validation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in related field
• 2-5years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with Indian school curriculum
• Ability to convert theory into real-life applications
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Experience mentoring teams

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
