Email Marketing Executive

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics to enhance engagement and conversion. Your daily tasks will include designing email templates, overseeing lead generation efforts, segmenting email lists, and leveraging marketing automation tools. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation and Email Marketing Software, including creating and managing email campaigns.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation, with a strong ability to interpret data and optimize results.
• Excellent Communication skills for crafting engaging email content with a focus on brand voice and audience targeting.
• Knowledge of current email marketing best practices, tools, strategies, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Experience with A/B testing methods and strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in working within tech or API-focused industries is a plus.
