Incharge - Site Store

` 1 Maintaining Stock details , Performing a variety of inventory control functions 2 Monitoring and Verifiying the Material consumption , Ensure Zero Accidents / Incidents 3 Updating stock level to the management periodically , Store articles in established bins,on rack,shelves or floors, or at yard sites 4 Issuing Materials as per the requisition , Inspect incomming materials for wear, damage or defects. 5 Co-ordinating with other deparments regarding stores , Serve as the receving agent for the delivery of all materials and supplies; confer with vendors to ensure district adherence to shift the equipments 6 Follow-up and arranging materials as per purchase requisitions 7 Verify the SAP entries , Keeping record of MSDS for all activities 8 Follow-up for repairing of failure Materials 9 Arrangements of transport & Logistics, Ensuring safe work practice and adhere to safety. 10 Scheduling & executing calibration & testing of tools & equipments & Issuing, controlling & recording commercial activities like obtaining road permits for smoother movement of materials 11 Disposal of used waste,oil and other lubricants Scrap items and maintain 5S / House keeping / Cleanliness 12 Daily Tracking report should be submitted in time.
