Jr.Engineer - Quality

Completing daily targets as per the Production Plan of panel production process and complying with the process parameters as per Quality Norms. Initiative for quality improvements through Kaizens, QIPs, SOD & SPC projects. Handling shift. Completing daily Quality Reports. Deploying manpower as per Production schedule. Preparing Shift Schedule for QA Department in consultation with the HOD. To co-ordinate with Production, Technical Support and Quality head in formulating & implement guidelines, procedures (SOPs) & systems for proper implementation of quality control measures in the manufacturing unit. To ensure online checking at each stage as per In-process Quality Assurance Plan. Analyse the cost of quality and continually improve the system to reduce cost of quality.
