Team Member- Testing and Mesurement Analysis

1.Testing and measurement -Grid Simulator operation and maintenance and troubleshooting

Operation

1.Shall Manage daily operation of the 10 MVA grid simulator, ensuring stable and safe performance.

2. Shall able to Configure simulator parameters (voltage, frequency, impedance) as per test requirements.

3. Shall Monitor system health, alarms, and performance metrics during operation.

4.Coordinate simulator readiness for scheduled test campaigns.

Maintenance

1. Will lead preventive and corrective maintenance of simulator components including:

a. Power converters and inverters

b. Transformers and switchgear

c. Cooling systems and auxiliary equipment

2. Will able to troubleshoot faults using diagnostic tools and system logs.

3.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and fault resolutions.

4.Liaise with OEMs for technical support, spare parts, and upgrades.

Maintain calibration schedules and documentation.

2.To support System Validation abd testing and control

System Validation and Testing

1. Lead grid compliance testing including LVRT, HVRT, FRT, reactive power control, and dynamic grid support.

2. Design and execute test protocols for grid disturbances (voltage/frequency variations, harmonics, phase imbalance).

3. Validate system behavior under fault conditions and transient events.

4. Collaborate with certification bodies and R&D teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Control

1. Ensure synchronization and safe interfacing with renewable energy systems.

2. Optimize simulator configurations for different test scenarios and grid codes.

3. Inventory Management-

1.Ensures the regular calibration, uniformity of measuring instruments, equipments and dedicated tools.

2.Instrumentation and upkeeping of records of spares.

Education-Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
