Delivery Partner, Swiggy in Gurgaon

Swiggy is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Pick Up & Delivery Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up food or groceries from stores and delivering them to customers' doorsteps. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn a competitive income.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Pick Up & Delivery:

• Pick up food or grocery items from designated stores.
• Deliver orders to customers' locations accurately and on time.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Address and resolve customer queries or issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Must have a bike or e-bike.
• Must possess an Android phone.
• Must have one of the following IDs: Aadhar or Voter ID.
• PAN card.
• Bank account.
• Driving License (DL) is not mandatory but preferred.
• *Age:*18 to 50 Years
