This is a remote position.

Primary Purpose of the role: 

Manage the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit from an operational front.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the process of recruitment, selection of employee, creating a talent pool and a constant inflow of talent for across level
• Ensure the new joinees welcome posting is posted as in when employees joins and introduction to everyone
• Responsible for registering & deleting all the Recruiters from Zoho Recruit for PAN India
• Responsible for registering & deleting all the Hiring Managers in Zoho Recruit for PAN India
• Ensure all the licenses are brought from the team Zoho and are assigned them to the recruiters/hiring managers
• Responsible for training recruiters/hiring managers on Zoho Recruit
• Responsible to clear all the errors/doubts/escalations encountered in Zoho Recruit
• Act as a SPOC for Zoho Recruit for internal stakeholders and resolve all the queries related to recruitment on the software
• Responsible for keeping a track of Aptitude test and assignments and keep the folder updated
• Help in planning & execution of engagement activities and ensure drive the engagement process
