Description
The Business Analyst Consultant will be responsible for assisting with system configurations, updating documentation, and performing testing. This role is not client-facing and focuses on supporting internal teams with process enhancements, issue resolution, and validation tasks. The Business Analyst Consultant will leverage existing resources to streamline operations and support project delivery.

Align the configuration of symplr products to meet the customer's stated business requirements

Schedule and facilitate online and onsite training courses on symplr products

Provide customer deliverables which may include documenting and diagraming business processes, creating end-user training materials, data mapping documents, and providing consultative recommendation

Assist customers with the establishment of change management plans to include best practice consultation

Work across the symplr implementation team to ensure customer deliverables align with desired outcomes

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills; troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise.

Take initiative to quickly learn evolving aspects of the role and products

Evaluate implementation methodology and best practices regularly; provide recommendations for improvement

Drive advancement across the organization (sales support, internal enablement, influence on product feature/capabilities, marketing, etc.)

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams for successful implementations

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues

Support continuous improvement and product adoption initiatives

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
3 years of experience consulting in the healthcare industry or experience with symplr products
-
Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with an optimistic attitude both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills, including writing, articulating, listening and questioning

Ability to facilitate a diverse audience to obtain defined objectives and outcomes

Ability to present symplr products and diverse concepts to an audience

Ability to evaluate customer's current state and map to future state best practices

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non- technical individuals

Ability to effectively influence and guide customers

Ability to effectively interface with all levels inside and outside the company, including senior management

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel and workflow software such as Microsoft Visio, and demonstrated ability to learn applications and programs as needed

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Client Engagement
- Work directly with US healthcare clients during night shifts
- Engage with stakeholders including clinical, IT, and operations teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive best practices and solution adoption
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for global clients
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Exposure to SQL or reporting tools (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or business analysis
- Experience in healthcare IT / SaaS / enterprise applications preferred
- Willingness to work in night shifts supporting US clients
