Executive - PMS

Role Requirements: 1. To follow up vessels' movement, RoBs and consumption related task for owners 2. To follow up and get all LO team vessel's LO analysis reports from vendors and forward to respective teams 3. To follow up with vendors, provide appropriate POs for analysis reports, get the invoices and clear the payments 4. To help the team in getting the status of invoices and provide current status as & when requested Preferred Skills: 1. Good communication skills for following up vessels schedule with marine executives 2.some technical knowledge of vessel equipment for following up various LO analysis reports with different vendors 3. Some knowledge of Computer operations for working in Excel, SAP and ShipPalm 4.Better if we can get some sailing person like Engine Cadet or 5th Engneer who may be trying to quit sailing.
