Associate Configuration Specialist (LOS/LMS)

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented professional who can translate lending business requirements into system configuration within the Synoriq platform. This is a functional + system configuration role (no coding required), focused on setting up workflows, forms, fields, integrations, and ensuring quality delivery to the consultant team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate lending business requirements into Synoriq system configuration

2. Configure workflows, forms, fields, validations, and product setups

3. Set up API connections and integration mappings (functional level)

4. Deliver configured modules using Synoriq tools

5. Understand relationships between different modules and assess cross-module impact

6. Design and configure SOP-based process flows within the system

7. Perform first-level QA of configured modules before handing over to consultants

8. Work on assigned tickets and deliver within defined timelines

9. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and process alignment in every configuration

Requirements

1. Strong understanding of lending/NBFC processes

2. Quick and accurate in system configuration

3. Ability to understand business logic and translate it into system flow

4. Good understanding of database concepts

5. Working knowledge of SQL (basic queries understanding)

6. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

7. Ability to understand module dependencies and downstream impact

8. Structured and process-oriented mindset
