MIS Executive

MIS Executive is a strategic professional responsible for evaluating the long-term business purpose and use the medium of numbers to understand how the same will be achieved.

Core Responsibilities:

• Gather data from different Platforms (all webinars conducted on the previous day), CRMs, Data sources.
• Put the data in a format that is easy to read.
• Analyze the data from the point of view of the briefing that has been provided vis a vis the goals of the analysis.
• Present data to the management in a presentable way and in the language that they understand.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly & monthly reports on Website traffic, Hits, Interests, sales and several other parameters to assess the business performance.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding Macros and other tools.
• Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects, CRMs, databases, applications and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.
• Strong proficiency in handling vast amounts of data.
• Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.
• Experience in live projects that have been in place for at least one year.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries like Pandas etc will be a huge plus.
• Strong ability to develop mini dashboards for the management as per their requirements.
• Strong clarity of thought when it comes to determining what the final output needs to look like.
• Ability to understand excel sheets that are prepared by other department members.
• Ability to deduce what is wrong with an excel sheet.

Communication and Presentation Skills

• Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the analysis.
• Must understand and unpack briefings given by different departments and other key stakeholders.
• Proven proficiency to clearly communicate numbers to the top management in the exact manner that is being asked.
• Ability to swiftly distill large amount of data and present in a succinct manner to the top management.
• Must think fast under pressure.
• Ability to give comprehensive timelines to the management in terms of when data can be presented.
• Ability to deliver on timelines as to when data can be presented to the management.
• Proficiency to understand requirements of management in terms of how they want the data to be presented.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
