Presales & Ops - Intern

We're looking for an Presales & Operations Intern who is excited to learn, enjoys solving problems, communicates effectively, and wants hands-on exposure to customer-facing operations and enterprise solutioning. You'll work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Founder's Office teams to support customer deployments, business proposals, and day-to-day operational activities.

A day in your role will involve any of the following (or a combination):

• Support the Operations team in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing deployments.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and solution documents.
• Understand customer requirements and help map them to Syook's solutions.
• Conduct research on target industries, customers, and competitors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to gather information required for customer proposals and deployments.
• Maintain project trackers, opportunity pipelines, meeting notes, and operational documentation.
• Support inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and basic operational reporting.
• Participate in customer meetings, demos, workshops, and deployment activities whenever required.
• ​Help identify process improvements and contribute ideas to make internal operations more efficient.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interested in operations, presales, business development, or enterprise technology.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of IoT, SaaS, B2B technology, or supply chain concepts is a plus.
• Open to occasional travel as required.
