We are seeking applications for the position of  CAD  for MML 10 & 12

Create 2D and 3D drawings, blueprints, and schematics based on project specifications, sketches, and design concepts.

Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) to generate accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and models.

Incorporate design changes, annotations, and revisions as directed by engineers, architects, or project managers. Prepare technical drawings and documentation for construction, engineering, or manufacturing projects, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations, as well as company-specific drafting standards and guidelines.

Organize and maintain drawing files, version control, and project documentation in a systematic and accessible manner. Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Coordinate with project teams to integrate design changes, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between drawings and project specifications.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements, provide updates, and address issues related to drafting tasks. Perform quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards and specifications.

Review drawings for errors, inconsistencies, and potential conflicts, and make necessary revisions or corrections.

Perform assigned documentation tasks with computer aided design tools (AutoCAD and MicroStation) in accordance with project guidelines.

Create engineering drawings, based on sketches and other information provided by others, for Structures required fir project, working according to established practices, design codes and guidelines, with a high degree of technical accuracy.

Ensure drawings are prepared based on specific project drafting standards.

Ensure accuracy of scale and confirm the accuracy of geometric information presented on drawings.

Perform quantity take-offs based on drawing information.

May use innovative/creative methods to produce final product.

Interact and communicate effectively and professionally with other team members.

Coordinate with multiple project design disciplines for interference checking, quality control, etc.

Any other responsibilities that will be assigned by the Project Director/ Dy. Project Director or his authorized representative.
