We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Coordinator to join our Global Sourcing Team.

If you enjoy identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with recruiters across global markets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics to support business decisions.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Contribute to innovative sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence.

ADMINISTRATION :

Manage administrative work of the Global Sourcing Team
such as:

• Maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Managing and maintaining the Global Master Sourcing Tracker
• Good knowledge of MS excel, word, Power point, Power BI & SharePoint. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software.

SOURCING :

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional
  networks.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.

EDUCATION :

• Graduation degree in any discipline. MBA would be added advantage.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
