Role

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

● Ownership of managing all online presence, digital communities and content

marketing

● Develop and improve existing marketing strategies and implement efficient

and intuitive digital strategies

● Conducting research and analyze data to identify and define audiences,

evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures

● Network and build relationships with the online community of suppliers,

distributors, partner organizations, retailers, other stakeholders, and the

community

● Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

including the evaluation of important metrics that affect website traffic,

service quotas, and target audience.

● Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter,

Facebook etc.) launching optimized online targeted advertisements to

increase company and brand awareness

● Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed

and campaigns and products are delivered on time

● Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and support

ensuring loyalty and repeat business

● Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

● Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content

● Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM)

system

Requirements

● Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and MS Office and CRM

software

● Familiarity with social media and web design and analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

● Good teamwork skills, including adaptability, communication and

networking abilities

● Good organization and planning skills with strong attention to detail and time

management

● Skills and experience in creative content writing

● Commercial awareness

Good to have

● Experience in the retail and/or social impact space

● Experience working with child-centric design

● Regional language fluency
