Responsibilities

● Understand every aspect of the Tactopus inclusive school program and take

ownership for implementing it across the country

● Identify and reach out to inclusive and special schools to partake in the

program

● Coordinate with the product team on school requirements, deployment and

teacher training

● Maintain relationships with schools & stakeholders (teachers, parents) to

ensure their investment and support

● Plan and go to classes for observation and schedule feedback conversations

post each observation

● Assist with organizing/attending events and product exhibitions

● Collaborate with product designers to improve user experience

● Work with the team to strengthen the existing program. This includes

research and creation of dockets of resources (games, activities) which can be

used by teachers in their sessions, lesson planning with teachers, and/or

adding new components to the program

● Assessing the impact of the program with monitoring and evaluation on

product efficacy

● Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and support

ensuring loyalty and repeat business

● Plan and co-create all essential communication to schools that are part of the

Program

● Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills

● Experience with working in a team setting or managing a team

● Ability to use documentation based software (MS office, google docs, pages

etc), email for communication and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp

● Willingness to travel across the country and ability to work outside of normal

business hours and on weekends

● Sensitivity in working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity

and inclusivity

● Is comfortable giving feedback to young and older teachers to enhance

program quality

● Is comfortable working in fast-paced, unconventional work environments

● Proactive, self-managed and comfortable taking responsibility on their own

● Strong planning and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

and time-management

● Regional language proficiency

● Experience in conducting training programs, particularly teacher training
