Fullstack Engineer

As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Fullstack Engineer to join our team and work closely with our Co-founders. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with the potential to become our Head of Technology and lead future tech hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the Co-founders to develop and enhance our workforce relocation platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust features using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Develop and integrate front-end components with Next.js.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deploy, manage, and scale our applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies to ensure the platform's reliability and performance.
• Lead and mentor future tech hires as the team grows, transitioning into the Head of Technology role.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve our platform.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and other quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Proficiency in front-end development using Next.js.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with Co-founders and other team members.
• A passion for learning and professional development, with an interest in cloud-native applications and AI.

Preferred:

• Expertise on working with GCP: Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, Cloud Build to orchestrate the CI/CD.
