About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Graphic Designer* who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, branding, and visual communication, along with basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging *social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, advertisements, and marketing collaterals*.

* Design *posters, brochures, presentations, digital ads, and other brand communication materials*.

* Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign requirements.

* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.

* Create basic *motion graphics and animated social media content*.

* Edit short-form videos and social media content when required.

* Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.

* Adapt existing creative concepts into different formats and platform specifications.

* Stay updated with current *design, social media, typography, and visual content trends*.

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of *graphic design principles*.

* Good knowledge of *typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and layout*.

* Ability to convert a brief into a clear and visually appealing design.

* Good visual sense and attention to detail.

* Basic understanding of *motion graphics and animation*.

* Basic video editing skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

* Good communication and time-management skills.

Software Requirements

Must have:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe After Effects

* Adobe Premiere Pro

*Good to have:

* Canva

* Figma

* Other AI-powered creative tools

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in *Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Media, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field*.

* Freshers and candidates with *0–2 years of relevant experience* can apply.

* A strong portfolio demonstrating design ability is preferred.
